Our vision for the Mary R. Tisko Elementary School is to provide the best possible education for all students in kindergarten through fourth grade within the framework of a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Our staff strives to create a school where the individual child is important and his or her individuality is appreciated. With a humanistic approach and cooperation and communication between the home and the school, the educational needs of each child will be met. It is our belief, as a staff, that when children feel good about themselves, learning comes easier. In essence, our ultimate goal is to develop life-long learners who are capable and confident, who contribute to their community and who succeed in a changing global society.
